Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Pharmacies fill the antibiotics and pain medication a dentist prescribes and sell fluoride rinses and prescription-strength toothpaste.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the care I received during this visit, and unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in CityMD. I came in with classic symptoms of a UTI: significant urinary urgency, burning with urination, bladder pain/pressure, and blood in my urine. I also reported chills and feeling feverish/unwell. I specifically explained that I was not menstruating and that I had experienced UTIs before and recognized these symptoms. My urinalysis was already abnormal, showing blood (250 ery/uL), leukocytes (75 Leu/dL), and protein. Despite my symptoms and these findings, I was sent home without an antibiotic while waiting for the urine culture. What concerns me even more is how the evaluation was handled. To the best of my recollection, my vital signs, including my temperature, were not checked or discussed with me. I had told the PA/clinical staff that I was experiencing chills and feeling feverish, but when the physician entered the room, he did not allow her to finish communicating what I had reported. Instead, he focused heavily on the fact that I had experienced similar symptoms during a previous visit when the urine culture had ultim

These people wasted my time TWICE. I booked an appointment for DOT physical the first time, to which I was able to do easily via their website and ran into no issues. When I got there the next day, they informed me that I couldn't be seen because the doctor that was in was not DOT certified, leading me to reschedule the appointment. There was NO mention of this on the website and it still allowed me to book the appointment despite this. The second time I went in, I was actually able to be seen, but then they surprisingly asked me for an out of pocket payment at the front desk. Again, their website FAILED to mention that they don't accept any insurance payments for DOT physicals. If you're looking to come here for a DOT physical, be prepared to pay out of pocket up-front. Had they been more clear on their website, I would've saved myself 2 wasted trips.

Thank you to their Manager Katie for her support and the front desk for their kindness and efficiency. I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my visit with Dr. Jones today. While the appointment began on a positive note, the quality of care and professional conduct declined rapidly. During the consultation, I reported experiencing chest pain and an increased heart rate over the past 48 hours. Rather than performing a standard pain assessment or asking follow-up questions to determine the severity of these symptoms, Dr. Jones dismissed my concerns leaving me without a clinical baseline or even a formal note of the symptoms in my chart for my Primary Care Provider to reference. I had to keep insisting multiple times just to have it noted on my chart… He even left mid visit to answer a call, did not return, then sent his scribe to ask if I wanted an EKG. I had to ask him to come back… My experience was further complicated by a disregard for patient privacy: • I expressed clear discomfort discussing my symptoms in front of the medical scribe, yet my concerns were ignored. The doctor insisted he needed his scribe in the room… The scribe was simply standing ne

I’m usually really iffy on visiting urgent care clinics because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but City MD was an excellent visit. They’re super time efficient and all really nice. The atmosphere is really calming and the lobby was super clean. I wanted to give a special shout out to Ryan, he was super helpful and attentive. Immediately, I knew this was a safe space. It was refreshing to be treated kindly and respectful. If you’re in need for a quick visit, I would definitely recommend City MD :)

The care at CityMD Urgent Care is excellent. The staff members are very friendly, attentive, and professional, and they make you feel comfortable while you’re there. However, I did have to wait for more than an hour to be seen, even though I had already made an appointment. That was a bit frustrating. I can’t imagine how long the wait might be for someone who walks in without an appointment. Overall, the quality of care and the kindness of the staff are great, but the wait time could definitely be improved.
